Shipping and Returns
All orders are shipped within 3 business days. During peak gifting times lead time may be more than 3 days.
All of our gifts are created or printed on demand. This means once your order is placed we get to work right away at creating it for you in our New Jersey studio. For this reason we can not accept order cancellations or returns. If there is a quality issue or damage issue with your item please contact us and we can send a replacement.
All items we ship are insured. If something has broken during shipment please send us 2 photos of the damage so we can file an insurance claim. We will ship you a new item as soon as you contact us to let us know about the damage.
